An easier way, to link to a PubMed search:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=YOUR+SEARCH

YOUR+SEARCH supports everything you could put into a PubMed search including thinks like [fields]. For example:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=obama+b[au]

A lot easier than that crazy URL button.

If you have a specific list of PMIDs, you can just do this:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12345,345676,345234

Which is the same search as

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=12345+345676+345234[uid]

though the first you get abstracts, the secodn, summaries.

Hope this makes things even easier for you!
